Prior Auto Sales experience for our Sales Consultants is not required but is a plus. We offer an excellent ongoing training program to the right candidates and will pay you a guaranteed $2K minimum per month during the optional training period of up to 60 days.

Sales Associates - Job Description and Duties:
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.
Good communication skills, oral and written..
Listen to customers to determine their needs.
Learn the best techniques to handle objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
Other duties as assigned.
Sales Associate - Job Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college is a plus.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
Good track record of employment with high CSI skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
