Your unique role with the company: Reporting to the Plant Manger and as a member of the plant leadership team, you will be responsible for developing ways to bring positive interaction with people and help them develop in their careers.

What the company is looking for:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with all aspects of HR functions including HR staff management in a manufacturing plant
HR information system, recruiting aptitude, safety, OSHA, Workers Compensation
SPHR / PHR certification, a definite plus
Solid communication, organization and time management skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
