JOB PROFILE:
Industry leading manufacturer offers a career-oriented opportunity for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor with manufacturing experience. Also, you need solid leadership skills and experience. This operation is a multi-shift, non-union, 400 person, and state-of-the art plant with very low turnover.
We are looking for one who has the ability and has the aptitude to progress and advance in their career.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
Experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Hands on, solid leadership
Six Sigma / Lean tools, a plus
Solid communication, organization and time management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
