LOCATION: McDonough, GA area
COMPENSATION: $70,000 - 82,000 plus Bonus, Excellent Benefits package, Comprehensive Relocation package
JOB PROFILE:
Industry leading manufacturer offers a career-oriented opportunity for one to lead and guide Lean continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

You will be lead plant efforts in project identification, development and implement of process improvements in this state-of-the art plant. Additionally, you will be involved in leading continuous improvement teams. Any level of experience using Six Sigma methodologies and the DMAIC process will be a plus.
Other functions include:

Providing proactive leadership and advocacy of the plant's continuous improvement program
Training plant personnel on Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Initiating and delivering with projects that provide significant improvements in reducing variation
Defining improved process flows to support optimal plant operations
Work cross-functionally to facilitate best practices and process initiatives
Use project management skills to work on multiple projects including capital projects
. Member of the plant leadership team

REQUIREMENTS:

BS degree - Engineering or in a technical field
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Solid history of process improvement project management and leadership experience
Process improvement / Lean tools
Six Sigma certification or training, a plus
Solid communication, organization and time management skills
Proven team leadership skills and experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
