Summary:
As a Residential and Commercial Floater, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings.
Your duties will include:
Performing cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial settings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs Adhering to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
Flexibly moving between different locations based on scheduling needs.
Providing excellent customer service and representing our company with professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate! Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
