Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator will process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls for assigned clients.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include newly hired employees, employees' hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for assigned clients.
Ensures proper and timely processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions for assigned clients.
Runs payroll reports such as pay stubs, payroll summary, payroll liability, etc.
and supplies to clients after payroll processing.
Issues, or reissues, physical or replacement checks or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge.
Records and processes federal and state payroll tax deposits.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ADP and QuickBooks Online payroll software.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
