The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of litigation experience as a legal assistant or paralegal with emphasis on Local Municipalities and Eminent Domain preferred.
This position is full-time, benefits eligible position and the hours are Monday-Friday, 8:

Position is not remote, must work in the McDonough Office Requirements:
- Ability to draft pleadings, discovery documents, letters and witness affidavits.
- Must be excellent with time management including adherence to deadlines for litigation, depositions, and trial dates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to receive and draft responses to all types of inquiries; relay or respond to messages; process walk-ins and retrieve files upon requests.
- Manage client files, obtain investigative information, organize information and prepare demand packages.
- Transcribe correspondence and recorded statements.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Ability to manage and prioritize caseload in accordance to attorney needs.
- Must be proficient with computer and various operating systems including:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Internet - Can do attitude.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 65 wpm.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
