This position is an in-person 40-hour per week role, with fieldwork as needed.
The starting salary for this position is $38,400, flexible PTO, sick leave, and yearly bonuses (all bonuses are conditional).
All office staff will be paid bi-weekly.
Job requirement(s):
The Myland Office Manager must hold a Bachelor's in Helathcare Administration with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare administration role.
Job Duties:
Answer and make calls Verify I-9s Perform Background Checks Monitor all time & attendance, warnings & write-ups for all staff; submit all final documents to the administrator to review and sign.
Maintain all day-to-day back-office duties and job platforms.
Organize team meetings, all community volunteer work, and team activities/ building events, Pull and maintain weekly PCA task notes & send them for signature by the Registered Nurse.
Collect, track, and maintain EVV electronic PCA/CNA time sheets for Medicaid cases, and must be maintained in the client binder located in the office.
Build & maintain client charts.
Build & maintain staff folders including monitoring all certification/license renewals.
Send and respond to emails.
Communicate with the client's interdisciplinary team.
Assist and organize employee recruitment efforts, orientation, and training.
Conduct applicant interviews and reference checks.
This position will require some travel.
All travel and hotel expenses are paid by Myland Homecare.
This position is Monday - Friday 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM with a 1 hour required, unpaid lunch break from 1:
00 PM - 2:
00 PM daily.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
