We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Wash Site Leader to join our team.
As a Car Wash Site Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car wash services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays Must be mechanically inclined.
Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
Excellent communication and writing skills Courteous and professional demeanor.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Conduct all interactions with customers and fellow employees ethically.
Must be able to work opening and closing shifts.
Duties and Responsibilties:
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
Training and developing new employees.
Maintain productivity and assist in daily scheduling.
Deals directly with all customer concerns, questions, and complaints.
Performs required administrative duties which include processing paperwork in a timely manner.
Ensure that safety and security are emphasized and practiced.
Qualifications Min.
1 year of asst.
manager experience in retail, car wash or pawn industry preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
