Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team.
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens and guest laundry are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens and guest laundry according to established procedures - Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor - Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment - Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies and notifying the supervisor when reordering is necessary - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of dry cleaning techniques is a plus - Familiarity with hotel laundry operations is beneficial - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation.
