Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests as well as provide a warm and welcoming environment Answer any incoming calls or messages in a professional manner Process payments at the front desk when necessary Make reservations and provide information to guests as well as answer any questions they may have Collect payments when appropriate Assist guests with their check-in/check-out process Escalate any issues that require attention to the manager Cross-train and work on other staff positions as needed to meet company goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred but not required Previous experience in a hotel or guest services role is required but not required.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing needs Job Type:
