Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Assist in supervising medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment - Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry - Assist with medical documentation and record keeping - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred - Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping - Knowledge of basic medical procedures, ie.
