As the Certified Food Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and organizing weekly menus for our community Ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation regulations Conducting meticulous safety inspections of various areas and promptly addressing any concerns Overseeing food quality, presentation, and environmental standards Managing food and supply expenses within budgetary guidelines Coordinating food and supply orders with authorized vendors Providing insightful reports and recommendations to the General Manager Ensuring the kitchen maintains superior cleanliness and safety standards Supporting community sales efforts by providing catering services for various events Requirements:

Qualifications:
