Job Description:
House cleaners are ofcourse the backbone of the business.
You will be a front facing representation on our company and values.
House cleaners will work either a part-time or full-time shift that will require Using cleaning products to clean bathrooms, kitchens, and various parts of the home Vacuuming and mopping floors and stairs Dusting of home furnishings, blinds, baseboards, etc Cleaning interior windows Using step stools, and ladders to access areas out of reach.
The ability to sqaut or get on hands and knees to clean floors and baseboards Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes Stand and move about for long periods of time Possess a positive attitude among customers and co-workers and report any issues within a timely matter Have a can-do attitude and be flexible with the day to day changes of the cleaning business
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses Ability to read cleaning instructions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability lift and carry 20 lbs.
of equipment Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions Ability to drive to and from various job sites with reliable transportation Background checked Drug free workplace Top benefits or perks:
