We are looking for a nurse practitioner with experience in pain management and/or orthopedics who could primarily practice out of our Hapeville and McDonough offices.
Treatment includes physical therapy, other forms of rehabilitation, interventional spine injections, and joint injections.
Injections include PRP, ultrasound-guided joint injections, fluoroscopically guided injections in a surgery center, trigger point injections, epidurals, etc.
We do not prescribe opiates.
There may be a role for trigger point injections and assisting with PRP injections for a nurse practitioner depending on experience.
We treat a diverse patient population.
We do not specialize in chronic long term medication management.
We have 9 locations in the Atlanta area including 4 MRI facilities, 8 Physical Therapy locations, and an ASC.
Pay is based on experience.
