RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE:
Sales and customer service for fast-paced furniture business.
Training pay is provided.
Base salary plus commission and bonuses.
Schedule is set, yet flexible.
Looking for sales associates that are reliable, punctual, have initiative, and are ready to succeed with our team.
Customer service as well as sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Greets customers; inform customers about discounts/special offers, provides product and program information, demonstrates product features and explains benefits.
Strives to turn every potential consumer into a satisfied Badcock customer.
Responds to customer inquiries.
Takes, verifies and processes customer orders.
Stay up to date with current promotions, products, and services offered Inputs customer sales orders and credit agreement/application information in the computer.
Prepares and explains credit agreement.
Accepts and inputs customer payments and returns correct.
Sends correspondence and maintains store records as needed.
Post-delivery follow-up.
Prepares merchandise price tags as required.
Learns and complies with the company's loss prevention program, works in a safe manner, identifies and resolves unsafe conditions that may result in property damage or personal injury.
Takes pride in sales floor by ensuring merchandise is displayed properly and kept clean.
Basic Math Skills Advancement Opportunities available.
