Infinity Case Management is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Program Assistant.
This position provides administrative support to the Administrator, Case Coordinators, Nurses, and Office Manager.
Essential Functions and Work Duties will include:
Verify Medicaid Eligibility for all new referrals and current members.
Assist members with obtaining and maintaining Medicaid eligibility.
Upload all completed assessments to Alliant.
Send Brokering Packets to chosen Providers.
Submit Medicaid Medical Assistance Only (MAO) applications.
Review the policies for the organization.
Assist the Waiver Management Team in ensuring that policies follow the Elderly and Disabled Waiver -Traditional/Enhanced Case Management policies and procedures.
Audit Clients and Employees files.
Maintain accurate records and assure data in record is current.
Respond to and refers incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties.
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma Preferred:
Working with the Medicaid system.
