190 Day Teacher Salary Scale plus 10 additional days at the daily rate.

All new Henry County Schools' educators are required to attend Educator Launch - July 19-25, 2023.
The Student Support Facilitator (SSF) is directly responsible to the principal.
Assist principal and school leadership with implementation and evaluation of the continuous improvement process.
Assist with linking program goals and CSIPs to the district vision and strategic direction.
Provide leadership and support to students, teachers, and families served in exceptional student education.
Provide instructional support to school staff through classroom observations, data analysis, modeling, coaching, and feedback.
Work directly with school leadership to ensure school improvement efforts align with Henry's Plan of Action for Student Achievement.
Assist special education teachers and IEP Teams by analyzing student data, determining data collection processes, and providing support for progress monitoring.
Plan, develop, and implement professional development to assist teachers in writing measurable goals, providing specially designed instruction, using data to improve instructional practices.
Coordinate and support data collection for required system, state, and federal reporting, including but not limited to FTE, Student Record, and Postsecondary Surveys.
Analyze Exceptional Student Education data to provide feedback to classroom teachers and the leadership team, and offer specific modeling and coaching opportunities.
Assist in maximizing services for students with disabilities through reviews of staff schedules, student schedules, and school master schedules.
Serve as a resource to ensure school principal and staff maintain compliance at the school level with all federal, state, and local rules and regulations, as well as Henry County Schools' practices.
Develop and implement strategies to improve individual student and subgroup transition success rates.
Participate in Eligibility, Initial Placement, Transfer Acceptance, Annual Review, and Addendum meetings as appropriate.
Consult with the MTSS administrator regarding those students being referred/potentially referred for a comprehensive evaluation.
Support implementation of assessment practices through teacher training on IEP development.
Attend district trainings and meetings as required.
Support school staff in re-evaluation requirements and determinations related to federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Support the schools in executing the district process for consistently monitoring the progress of students' academic and behavioral interventions.
Be responsible for any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Hold or be eligible for a minimum of a T-5 Georgia Educator Certificate, preferred.
Minimum of five years of successful certified level experience in education, preferred.
Knowledge of the SST process.
Knowledge of behavior management strategies and behavior plans.
Knowledge of instructional practices to assist students in accessing general curriculum.
Knowledge of federal, state and local rules and regulations.
Ability to assist teachers with research based interventions to support students in general education.
Ability to work with other members of a school or department to accomplish common goals.
Ability to organize own work, set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
Ability to differentiate instruction, integrate technology into the curriculum with tiered.
Interventions and apply student data for instructional planning.
Skilled at collaborative decision making for individual student and staff growth.
Skilled at working with a diverse group of students with disabilities.
High integrity, excellent character, and good professional reputation.
Abide by the Georgia Professional Standards Code of Ethics for Educators.
Ability to be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work.
Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
Ability to perform routine physical activities such as bending and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
Vision, hearing, written, and verbal communications are essential factors in performing required tasks.
200-day position paid off the teacher salary schedule, classified as a Contributing Professional in the evaluation platform, and evaluated on the Henry County Schools Administrative Professional Evaluation tool (HCSAPE).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
