The ideal candidate would live near McDonough, GA as our market includes the counties of Henry, Newton, Rockdale, Clayton, Walton, Butts, and Spalding.
Compensation:
$17 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager to ensure renovation projects are completed on time, within budget, and with great quality - which includes running errands, visiting projects to evaluate progress, taking photos of properties, scheduling contractors, confirming appointments, ordering materials, etc.
Visit properties to assess properties and meet prospective sellers Occasionally complete tasks such as changing locks, installing switch plate covers, etc.
(this is not a maintenance job but will require someone that can pitch in when needed)
Qualifications:
Dynamic and fast learner The ability and desire to constantly learn and improve is a must Organized:
strong at follow-up and follow through with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy:
must be able to navigate our online systems.
We use One Drive and Asana (easy to learn) along with other web-based systems.
You MUST be comfortable using a smartphone, computer, and Microsoft Outlook Strong time management skills and communication skills Must be willing to work both independently and with a team Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and a drive to get things done quickly and correctly Must have the ability to learn and follow a proven process Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must possess a valid U.
