1st & 2nd Shifts Immediate Hires Hiring for the Mcdonough area The Ideal crew member lives our motto of delivering WOW EVERYDAY.
We expect the following:
Kitchen Crew Ensures safety standards are maintained in the kitchen Maintains health and sanitation across the work areas Ensures complete and constant cleanliness of utensils, surfaces, and cooking areas Operates ovens, deep-fat fryers, grills and other large-volume equipment for cooking Ensures all food prepared meets McDonald's Quality Standards Prepares food per customers' requests Stocks, restocks, and cleans workstations Follows recipe in preparing all foods Service Required to provide outstanding customer service to all customers and employees alike Answering questions, suggesting items, and processing payments Explaining specials and meal choices in a friendly way, and suggestive selling items Proficient in picking up new procedures and tasks quickly while elevating customer service standards at the Front Counter or in-store Kiosk Have a sense of urgency towards all customers Stocks, restocks, and cleans workstations Follows recipe in preparing all foods We provide TOP PAY for TOP PERFORMANCE and expect superior skills and service!
