We are currently seeking a full-time Service Consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for all aspects of Custer treatment.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
Job Duties:
Greet customers in a professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly Ensure that customer orders are met on time and with high quality Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dusting, sweeping, and other janitorial duties as required Communicate effectively with customers and provide prompt responses to customer inquiries Follow up with customers regarding their concerns or requests in a timely manner Adhere to policies and procedures as established by management and employees Perform other duties as assigned or assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Automotive customer service or other related fields required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated and proactive.
