Account Manager
Summary:
Manages and coordinates with the customer, departments, warehouse activities and staff to ensure conformance to established procedures; implements practices that improve the effectiveness and financial performance of the supply chain.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Daily labor planning and reconciliation.
Assures adherence to contract requirements.
Provides ongoing training, coaching, counseling, performance feedback and goal setting.
Provides verbal and written presentations.
Create and maintain files of all reports and documents.
Assists in annual Physical Inventory Research and resolve negative discrepancies.
Create and maintain files of all reports and documents pertaining to corrective inventory transactions.
Manage fulfillment at the DC.
Reviews and resolves process errors.
Manage the process returns for the customers.
Responsible for answering questions customer inquiries.
Attends and leads conversations and meetings with the customer.
Improve process for accuracy and UPH.
Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the operation.
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
Ensures accurate and timely shipments and receipts.
Enforces established safety guidelines; promotes a safe workplace.
Additional responsibilities, duties and projects as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Stand, seat and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
Lift and/or move up to fifty pounds.
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understand and respond to a diverse population.
